Tuesday, December 2nd, 2010 The CHROMOLY ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS metal bushing sleeves have been completed and are heading back to me! Then control arms will be assembled, wrapped and shipped to those who've ordered! Thanks for being patient, you'll love the outcome of this long awaited process. Email updates have been sent out to those who are waiting on their arms.
Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 Since the CHROMOLY ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS were powder coated instead of zinc or cadmium plated, the metal bushing sleeves do not fit over the ends since the powder is much thicker than the zinc chemical. So the bushing sleeves are heading to a local machine shop to be bored out to properly fit over the ends so they can be of actual use. Email updates have been sent out to those who are waiting on their arms.
Saturday, November 13th, 2010 The CHROMOLY ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS were picked up from the powder coating shop today and look great! Email updates have been sent out to those who are waiting on their arms.
Tuesday, November 9th, 2010 The CHROMOLY ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS were picked up from the metal coating (cadmium & zinc) shop and no go there, they cannot be done because of the way they are made, it doesn't allow the solution to be rinsed properly from inside the arms, and it would leave hazardous chemicals inside the tubing that would slowly leak out. SO, I am delivered them to the local powder coater to be done the alternative route, which is also a good solution. They will be done in a color called Bengal Silver and should be done in a couple of days, pics to come! Email updates have been sent out to those who are waiting on their arms.
Wednesday, October 6th, 2010 BIG NEWS! ZFP is offering Carbon Fiber Wide ZG Flares again! I'll have (2) extra carbon fiber sets ready this week sometime. If interested, please contact me. The Products page has been updated with pricing for them. Click the pic to view...
Thursday, September 30th, 2010 The CHROMOLY ADJUSTABLE LOWER CONTROL ARMS were dropped off to the metal coating shop. After a discussion with them, they will be coated in cadmium instead of zinc, as it offers better benefits. They will take 7-8 business days to complete. Email updates have been sent out to those who are waiting on their arms.
Tuesday, September 28th, 2010 The user forums are back up and running, feel free to log in and/or register for a new account.

Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 FINALLY THE ALL GROUP BUY SETS OF THE CHROMOLY CONTROL ARMS ARE FINISHED IN FABRICATION! I'm going to the fabrication shop today to pick them all up, then shortly after they'll be off to the zinc coater! Pics to come soon!
Saturday, August 21st, 2010 UPDATE - CHROMOLY REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS: FINALLY completed progress . They are now being fabricated at the correct specs! I inspected the first set on August 17th (sorry for the delay on the update) and all was ok'd and looked great. The rest WILL be done within a week or 2. Check 'em out! After that I drop them off at the zinc coater for the final process.
Tuesday, July 27th, 2010 UPDATE - CHROMOLY REAR LOWER CONTROL ARMS: Why can't any fab shops seem to follow common sense directions?! The welding is great, they churned them out fast once they did it, BUT they are too short in 1 aspect. They had all the correct measurements right in front of their faces, I even gave them a stock control arm & a previously made correct chromoly control arm to reference! Yet they still managed to screw it up and he cusses me out cuz of his ignorance to pay attention, great. So now I have to go up there again and deal with yet another shop's bone headed mistakes. Will update again once I try to get this situated with the owner of the fab shop.
Thursday, July 22nd, 2010 I'm going to the fabrication shop tomorrow to check on the progress of the Chromoly Adjustable Rear Lower Control Arms. I think they said they've got 4 sets done or almost ready. So we'll see how they look. Pics to come soon!
Tuesday, July 6th, 2010 UPDATE as promised on the Chromoly Rear Lower Control Arms: I touched base with the welding shop today and they expect to have a couple sets or so done sometime this week. He's got all the trailing arms cut to length with the rod end bungs welded in, today he was welding up all the 1" ID washers (the bushing backstops) onto the inner mounting tubes, tomorrow his machinist will be setting up their machine to batch notch all the cross bars and so on and so forth.
Saturday, July 3rd, 2010 I will have more to update on the production progress of the Chromoly LCAs after the holidays by Wednesday, July 7th, 2010.

Sunday, June 13th, 2010 Matthew Ibrahim (Aziza Z) raced his LS1 powered 280z @ Willow Springs Raceway (Big Willow track), sporting Z Force Productions' very own Chromoly Adjustable Rear Lower Control Arms. This was Aziza's 3rd race event (in the last 4 months) with the control arms installed and no issues to report. As well as another customer has been beating on his for over almost 2 years now! These are at the shop being produced and will be available again soon!
Saturday, May 22nd, 2010 As of 2 weeks ago, Chromoly LCAs are being completed by ANOTHER new shop finally (the 5th shop to take them on now!), the search to find a legit welding shop that could actually tig weld and knows how to weld chromoly properly has been ridiculous. So many "welding" shops out there that claim to know how to weld and they really don't know how to do it properly. I've been to over 30 "welding" shops and emailed several others trying to find one I was comfortable with and could trust. Good news is that I should have some sets ready soon that are actually TIG welded and have additional provisions.
